Eduardo is an expert in poverty and inequality measurement and social policy; he explains the workings of the poverty-inequality-growth triangle (famously coined by F Bourguignon) and they talk about different indicators to measure inequality, the inequality- decrease over the last decade in Latin America and poverty reduction in Mexico at the municipal level.
